On the premise of maintaining the "notion" framework of the European Chinese Language Proficiency Benchmarks Project (EBCL), this paper puts forward suggestions on the addition, modification and deletion of the Word Lists of "A1" and "A2" levels from the vocabulary system perspective. It also proposes to adjust some "topics" to keep the capacity of the "A1" word list basically unchanged. By end, it is pointed out that there is a quite big difference between the wirds appeared in Word List and "examples" of EBCL, which is a problem that needs to be solved.
